Role Description:

- We are seeking a full-time, on-site Deputy Manager to join our team in Coimbatore.

- The Deputy Manager will oversee and manage day-to-day branch operations, supervise a team, and ensure achievement of business targets.

- Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, developing operational excellence, monitoring loan approvals, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Additional tasks involve capturing potential business opportunities, providing financial advisory to customers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Qualifications:

- Expertise in HL/LAP product in affordable segment.

- Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Interpersonal skills to manage a team effectively.

- Sound knowledge in Risk Management, Compliance, and Regulatory Framework in the housing finance sector.

- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management and Sales Target Achievement.

- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Prior experience in banking, housing finance, or financial services is an advantage.

- Proficiency in relevant financial tools or software is desirable.
