Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Collection Manager located in Maharashtra, India.

- The Branch Collection Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing loan collections within the branch, implementing efficient collection strategies, and ensuring timely repayment from customers.

- Daily tasks include monitoring branch collection metrics, collaborating with customers to resolve payment issues, leading a team of collection agents, and preparing regular collection reports.

- The role requires maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable regulations, along with achieving collection targets and enhancing customer relations.

Qualifications:

- Experience in Loan Collections, Recovery Management, and Credit Control.

- Strong Analytical Skills, Problem-Solving Abilities, and Attention to Detail.

- Team Leadership, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills.

- Knowledge of Financial Regulations, Compliance, and Legal Procedures.

- Proficiency in using Collection Software and MS Office Suite.

- Customer Service Orientation and Conflict Resolution Skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

- Experience in housing finance or similar industry is a plus.
