THE COMPANY:

We are building India's first dedicated institution for finance. Not a general management school with a finance elective, but a purpose-built institution designed for the top tier of talent in banking, financial services, and investing. The curriculum is being co-created with industry leaders, authored by practitioners, and reviewed by an academic council drawn from leading Indian and global institutions. The institution is currently being built in Mumbai, with the inaugural cohort expected in 2027. This is a rare opportunity to help shape an institution from the ground up while many of its defining decisions are still being made.

THE WORK:

- Admissions Growth: Own the full funnel for a high-stakes, high-consideration decision and build the acquisition strategy from scratch.

- Performance Marketing: Run paid acquisition across the right channels, test fast, kill what doesn't work, scale what does, and be hands-on with the numbers.

- Positioning: Shape how a new kind of institution is understood by an audience with no existing mental model for it.

- Partnerships & Channels: Build the unconventional channels this admissions drive needs including communities, creators, institutions, and the right individuals.

- Beyond Growth: The mandate doesn't stop at your core function as adjacent problems are part of the job.

THE PERSON:

- 4-7 years in growth or performance marketing for a niche category or TG.

- You've built a funnel from a low base and think in CAC and channel economics, and you can write copy that moves the needle.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

- Funnel built from near-zero, with numbers to show for it.

- Hands-on paid marketing.

- Experience selling a high-consideration, long-cycle product.

- Comfort making an unfamiliar category legible.

- Bias for testing over assuming.

- Ownership and a refusal to leave a problem half-solved.
