Sales Lead - Direct Solution & Partner Ecosystem


Role Overview:


We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Leader with expertise in Direct AI Solution Sales as well as Partner Ecosystem Management. This hybrid role blends solution-led direct selling with ecosystem-driven alliance management to accelerate revenue growth.


Drive sales of pre-defined AI-based agents and accelerators tailored for industries like finance, healthcare, legal, and retail.


Act as a solution evangelist, demonstrating tangible business value to decision-makers.. s.. Generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through ecosystem collaboration.. Execute joint GTM initiatives, co-selling, and co-marketing campaigns with partners.


Manage partner enablement and relationship development across technical and executive levels.. Optimize usage of Market Development Funds (MDF) and drive ecosystem-driven revenue growth..


Required Skills & Experience.


- 8-15 years of combined experience in direct solution sales and partner/channel sales..


- Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and grow hyperscaler/ISV partnerships..


- Excellent skills in stakeholder management, alliance building, and ecosystem collaboration..


- Experience in co-selling, co-marketing, and joint campaigns.. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills..


Business Growth & Market Intelligence:

- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging customer needs to refine the sales approach.

- Collaborate with the product and strategy teams to feed customer insights into solution development.

- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM data, and revenue reports for leadership visibility.

- Ensure alignment of sales activities with organizational goals and profit objectives.

- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and leading large or cross-functional sales teams.

- Strong exposure to channel partner management, alliances, and reseller networks.

- Experience in building GTM strategies with global or regional partners.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of solution-based and consultative selling methodologies.

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Deep knowledge of sales operations, pipeline management, and forecasting.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills across enterprise clients and partner organizations.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
