Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Leader with expertise in Direct AI Solution Sales as well as Partner Ecosystem Management. This hybrid role blends solution-led direct selling with ecosystem-driven alliance management to accelerate revenue growth.
Drive sales of pre-defined AI-based agents and accelerators tailored for industries like finance, healthcare, legal, and retail.
Act as a solution evangelist, demonstrating tangible business value to decision-makers.. s.. Generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through ecosystem collaboration.. Execute joint GTM initiatives, co-selling, and co-marketing campaigns with partners.
Manage partner enablement and relationship development across technical and executive levels.. Optimize usage of Market Development Funds (MDF) and drive ecosystem-driven revenue growth..
Required Skills & Experience.
- 8-15 years of combined experience in direct solution sales and partner/channel sales..
- Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and grow hyperscaler/ISV partnerships..
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management, alliance building, and ecosystem collaboration..
- Experience in co-selling, co-marketing, and joint campaigns.. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills..
Business Growth & Market Intelligence:
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging customer needs to refine the sales approach.
- Collaborate with the product and strategy teams to feed customer insights into solution development.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM data, and revenue reports for leadership visibility.
