Role Overview:

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Curriculum Pedagogy Head to lead our overarching educational content and pedagogical strategy.

This leadership position is tailored for candidates with deep expertise in Academic Operations or Learning & Development (L&D) who possess advanced, hands-on skills in leveraging Generative AI tools to scale content, streamline workflows, and optimize instructional design. You will bridge academic rigor with business objectives to maintain our competitive advantage in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, refine, and oversee the end-to-end execution of K-12 curriculum strategies across Math, English, Coding, and Public Speaking.

- Actively implement Generative AI tools and automation into curriculum creation, content iteration, and operational workflows to significantly enhance delivery speed and output quality.

- Lead internal Learning & Development initiatives to train and upskill educators in modern, cutting-edge pedagogical frameworks and digital teaching methodologies.

- Partner with cross-functional leadership (marketing, tech, sales) to ensure academic design directly aligns with business growth, student retention, and performance metrics.

- Continuously evaluate and iterate on teaching strategies, assessments, and learning outcomes to keep 98thPercentile ahead of US market trends.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: Relevant years of experience with a proven track record in leadership roles across Academic Operations, Learning & Development (L&D), or Curriculum Architecture/Design.

- AI Proficiency (Mandatory): Demonstrated, hands-on experience utilizing Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, AI prompt engineering, content automation frameworks) to optimize workflows, generate structured content, or streamline operations.

- K-12 Expertise: Deep understanding of K-12 educational frameworks, pedagogy, and modern online learning methodologies (US curriculum standards knowledge is a strong plus).

- Operational Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor cross-functional teams of instructional designers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and educators.
