Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Content Manager/ Asst. Manager to own and drive our content, creation, and distribution across all platforms, The ideal candidate will blend creativity, ensuring our content engages target audiences, strengthens our brand, and supports business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive content plan aligned with brand and business objectives.

- Create editorial calendars, campaign content plans, and cross-channel initiatives.

- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content across digital, print, and video formats. (website, social media, app, emailers, WhatsApp, sales promotion campaigns, sales decks, brochures, pitch materials, promotional and hub collaterals, event collaterals.)

- Create content that build brand recall and drive property sales.

- Manage (Create, Plan Optimize, Measure) email database growth, hygiene, and segmentation to ensure high deliverability and engagement rates.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to support customer engagement initiatives.

- Write, edit, and proofread copy to ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging.

- Manage and work closely with freelancers, agencies and vendors to deliver on time and within budget.

- Ensure all content reflects brand values and positioning.

- Content that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion.

- Support campaigns, brand activations, property launches, and events with tailored content assets

Qualification & Skills:

- Degree in communication /journalism or CRM with 4 to 6 years of experience in content marketing, journalism, or communications.

- Experience in AI tools like ChatGPT/ Perplexity and editing tools like Canva

- Proficiency with email marketing platforms/CRMs/ Marketing Automation tools

- Strong editorial, storytelling, and copywriting skills.

- Excellent communication, project management, organizational skills

- Ability to adapt tone and style to various audiences (internal stakeholders, brokers, investors, corporate clients).

- Proficiency in digital platforms, social media tools and content management systems.

- Collaborative mindset
