Role Overview:

As a Chief of staff, you'll serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, working directly on high- priority initiatives, projects, and operational goals.


This isn't just an administrative role - it's a strategic position where you'll drive key initiatives, streamline internal processes, and ensure smooth communication between departments.


You'll also act as the CEO's trusted advisor and primary liaison, helping to manage both internal and external relationships. This is an excellent opportunity to fast- track your career within a fast- growing organization.

- Collaborate closely with the CEO to set, manage, and execute quarterly and annual business goals.

- Lead and support the execution of key strategic initiatives, from new hub launches to technology integrations and service diversification. Ensure alignment with company objectives and maintain focus on high- impact projects.

- Act as the primary liaison for the CEO, managing internal and external communications. This includes preparing key messages, strategic announcements, and documents for board meetings, investors, and other stakeholders. You will ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments, ensuring alignment on all strategic priorities.

- Provide direct support to the CEO in managing day- to- day operations. Oversee the CEO's calendar, prioritize meetings, and ensure that critical action items are completed on time. - Manage sensitive, high- priority projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved.

- Work closely with the functional heads to plan and lead internal meetings, operational reviews etc..

- Advise and support on confidential projects with research on key business and financial matters. Oversee and manage a variety of highly prioritized, cross- functional projects, ensuring that all deliverables are met within deadlines.

- Provide actionable insights and data to the CEO on key strategic and operational issues.

Qualifications & Profile:

- A degree from a premier business school or equivalent professional experience with experience in similar roles , management consulting etc..

- 3- 5 years in business management, project coordination, or strategy, ideally in a fast- paced, high- growth environment.

- Ability to analyze complex challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive impactful change.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to building relationships. Able to thrive in a fast- paced, evolving environment, and pivot as required to support the CEO's needs.
