Responsibilities: - Manage the overall employee life cycle (hiring to exit) i.e. new hire processing, on-boarding, exits, background verification, maintenance of employee record, internal move-ments etc. - Handling employee queries/grievances - Contribute to creating and implementing various HR processes & policies - Performance management & feedback cycle - Conduct regular employee engagement activities - Evaluating and managing vendors for respective HR functions. - Contribute to the employer branding - Driving improvement initiatives Skills required: - 8+ yrs of prior experience in working on a similar role - Advanced knowledge of various sourcing tools, platforms, interview techniques, etc. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Proactive self-starter, result-oriented, and ready to take ownership - Experience in employer branding will be an added advantage Other Important Information - Compensation : Based on current skills and expertise - Location: based in our corporate office in Gurgaon
