Entrepreneur In Residence - Founder's Office Key Responsibilities: - Manage investor relations, including periodic updates, performance reporting, and strategic narrative development alongside the founders. - Support founders during fundraising processes - including preparing pitch materials, data rooms, investor communications, and deal execution support. - Crafting data- driven proposals that align stakeholders - from peers to senior leadership - toward action. - Drive success with ability to influence & without authority. Key Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in startup environments or big 4 management consulting (Bain, BCG, McKinsey, AT Kearney highly preferred) within fast- paced, high- visibility businesses where have driven operational efficiencies. - Proven track record of leading and delivering cross- functional projects independently. Strong ability to communicate ideas and influence stakeholders effectively - both in written documents and verbal discussions. - Deeply customer- obsessed and data- driven, with a focus on strategic problem- solving for initiatives critical to the Founder's Office. - Highly solution- oriented, self- motivated, and thrives in dynamic, demanding startup environments. - Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners that contribute to scaling the organization. Qualifications: 1. Tier 1 academic background: IIT/BITS + IIM/ISB preferred. 2. Big management Consulting firm backgrounds preferred (Bain / BCG / McKinsey / AT Kearney backgrounds preferred)
