Location: Mumbai / Delhi NCR Role Overview: 91Springboard is looking for a Senior Manager - IT Infrastructure & Support to lead and optimize IT infrastructure, networks, cloud environments, and technical support across our coworking spaces and managed offices. This role demands a hands-on leader who can ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing systems while delivering exceptional support to internal teams and members. You will oversee IT operations, security, support services, vendor management, and drive innovation in workplace technology to enhance the coworking experience. Key Responsibilities - IT Infrastructure: Design, implement, and manage WAN/LAN, SD-WAN, VPNs, enterprise Wi-Fi, servers, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Ensure high availability, security, and scalability. - IT Security & Compliance: Lead cybersecurity initiatives, implement controls (firewalls, IDS/IPS), ensure compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR), and manage incident response and audits. - IT Operations & Support: Oversee IT support services, ensure quick resolution of issues, optimize support processes, and meet SLAs/KPIs for both employees and coworking members. - Vendor & Procurement Management: Manage IT vendors, negotiate contracts, oversee procurement of hardware, software, and services while controlling costs. - Technology Strategy & Projects: Align IT infrastructure roadmap with business goals, lead key IT projects (network upgrades, cloud migrations), and continuously drive innovation. - Workplace Technology: Ensure reliable Wi-Fi, AV systems, digital signage, and smart office technologies to enhance member experience. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science/IT/Engineering. - 10+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including 3+ years in leadership. - Expertise in networking, cloud platforms, virtualization, cybersecurity, and IT operations. - Experience with ITIL practices, project management (PMP/PRINCE2), and vendor management. - Preferred certifications: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Cisco, CISSP, CISM.
