About the Role At 91springboard, we believe workspaces should not just function - they should inspire. As we grow our national presence and diversify our product offerings, we are looking for a strategic and hands-on Brand manager to shape how our brand is perceived and how our products are communicated. This is a senior brand-first role - you will lead the articulation of our brand and product narrative, define how our offerings are presented internally and externally, and ensure that everything from a sales deck to a lobby wall reflects a consistent, powerful brand voice. Key Responsibilities Brand Building for a Multi-Audience, Multi-Product Business - Strengthen and scale the "It's All Here" brand positioning across hubs, collateral, and customer journeys - Shape a brand architecture that reflects our core offerings - from open coworking to fully managed enterprise solutions - Build visibility and preference for 91springboard among enterprise clients and institutional partners Strategic Communication & Marcom - Own the creation of core brand and business communication assets - brochures, presentations, event branding, corporate decks, and investor material - Work with design, copy, and production partners to ensure high-quality and timely execution - Ensure all communication reflects our values: warm, clear, entrepreneurial, and high-performing Product & Experience Communication - Translate complex workspace formats and service offerings into crisp, differentiated communication - Develop communication frameworks, messaging hierarchies, and content toolkits for use across touchpoints - from sales decks to walkthrough kits - Partner with operations and enterprise teams to build on-brand assets for new product rollouts, space launches, and service enhancements Physical & Experiential Brand Ownership - Lead branding and visual identity execution across all hubs - ensuring signage, merchandising, and space experience align with brand tone - Curate in-hub communication that enhances navigation, product usage, community engagement, and retention - Drive consistency across hubs - whether legacy, new builds, or partner-managed assets Internal Brand Evangelism & Governance - Set up brand guidelines, review processes, and training modules for cross-functional teams - Coach sales, ops, and community teams on brand language and usage - Review and approve usage of the brand across internal and external material Who You Are - 8-12 years of experience in brand marketing and MarCom roles preferably in a high-experience service business - Proven ability to lead end-to-end brand projects - from positioning to campaign rollout - Strong visual communication sensibility and experience working closely with design and creative teams What Success Looks Like in 12 Months - 91springboard has a sharper, more modern, and product aligned brand presence across all physical and communication touchpoints - All key offerings are supported by crisp, differentiated, benefit-led messaging - Internal teams feel more equipped and aligned on how to represent the brand externally Our hubs and campaigns feel unified and alive with a consistent identity
