Focus of the role would be customer experience, space utilization, technology integration, and revenue optimization to create frictionless and high-value workspace products, providing anticipatory level of service. - The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate, coworking, hospitality, or commercial asset management, with a strong understanding of user needs and market trends. Key Responsibilities: Product Development & Strategy: - Define and execute the product roadmap for flex workspaces and hospitality-driven commercial real estate offerings. - Develop innovative workspace solutions that cater to enterprise clients, startups, and remote workforce needs. - Integrate technology, smart office solutions, and hospitality-driven amenities to enhance user experience. - Collaborate with real estate, operations, design, and marketing teams to create high-quality, scalable workspace products. Customer Experience & Service Design: - Conduct user research and gather insights to shape product features and service enhancements. - Develop seamless customer experiences by optimizing layout design, workspace ergonomics, and hospitality services. - Work with hospitality and operations teams to define premium service offerings, concierge experiences, and workspace personalization. - Identify and implement smart solutions leveraging tech - customer experience & AI-driven analytics. Market Research & Competitive Benchmarking: - Stay updated on global and regional trends / market in flex workspaces & CRE. hospitality, and commercial real estate. - Identify potential expansion opportunities and emerging customer needs. Key Requirements: Experience & Skills: - 7+ years of experience in product management, workspace solutions, hospitality-driven commercial real estate with excellent communication skill - Strong understanding of flexible workspace models, hospitality services, and digital transformation in commercial real estate. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product innovation. - Experience in customer experience design, space planning, and tech integration (IoT, AI, workspace analytics, booking platforms, etc
