Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, and Content Marketing.
- Define clear campaign goals and work with a target-oriented approach to drive traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI.
- Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc. ).
- Oversee and optimize PPC campaigns, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Manage content strategy for blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and website updates.
- Coordinate with design and development teams for creatives and landing page optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in the digital marketing landscape.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior marketers and interns (if applicable).
Requirements
- 3-6 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.
- Excellent knowledge of SEO, paid media strategies, and analytics tracking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of achieving defined KPIs and targets.
