Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of large, multi-stakeholder fintech and platform initiatives.

This role exists to ensure that ambitious product plans translate into on-time, on-ground launches. You will be responsible for driving timelines, coordinating across technology, product, vendors, marketing, and operations, and ensuring delivery discipline across the program.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys accountability, thrives in fast-moving environments, and takes pride in delivering complex programs with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Program Ownership & Delivery

- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned fintech and platform programs

- Define program plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths

- Track execution across multiple workstreams and teams

- Ensure committed timelines are met and risks are surfaced early

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

- Manage external vendors and implementation partners

- Ensure scope clarity, delivery quality, and timeline adherence

- Drive regular reviews with internal and external stakeholders

- Escalate issues with clear options and recommendations

Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate across:

- Technology and product teams

- Operations and compliance

- Marketing and go-to-market teams

- Ensure all dependencies are resolved well ahead of launch

Reporting & Governance

Maintain clear program dashboards covering:

- Milestones

- Risks and issues

- Decisions required

- Provide concise weekly status updates to leadership

- Ensure no last-minute surprises at critical milestones

What Success Looks Like (KPIs)

- 95% adherence to committed program milestones

- Programs delivered on or before planned launch dates

- Zero unmanaged scope creep

- Early identification and mitigation of risks

- Minimal leadership intervention required for execution

Candidate Profile

Must-Have Experience

- 2-4 years of experience in program or delivery management

- Background in fintech, financial platforms, SaaS, or large technology implementations

- Proven experience managing complex, multi-vendor programs

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles
