As the first performance marketer in our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, building demand for our product, and spearheading ROI-led campaigns. Roles and Responsibilities : - Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels including social, SEM, and display to drive revenue and increase ROI. - Analyse and optimise campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis. - Utilise analytical tools and attribution tools to track and analyse campaign performance, identify key metrics, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. - Collaborate with the product team to identify target audience segments, refine user personas, and optimise the user journey. - Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead generation and conversion goals. - Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximise ROI and meet performance targets. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices. - Set up processes, systems, and automation to streamline marketing operations. - Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and impactful advertising assets. - Drive data-driven decision making by implementing and analysing A/B tests and conversion optimisation strategies. Qualification : - 3-5 Years of relevant work experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels. - Proficient in utilising performance marketing tools and platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc - Proven track record in managing marketing budgets and optimising spending to drive maximum ROI. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Outstanding presentation skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong project management skills. - Critical thinker and creative. - Bachelor's/P.G degree in Technology, Marketing or relevant field.
