About the role : Business Analyst (Sales Analytics) : Demand will manage a team that will support our internal sales teams in order to drive the overall productivity and sales effectiveness. In this role, you will manage sales tools and processes and will be responsible for solving complex operational problems to help our internal sales teams work more efficiently and effectively. This role involves unlocking complex business problems that will directly impact our revenue & growth Roles & Responsibility : - Incumbent is responsible for developing analytical models for projects collaborating with different business stakeholders & other partners and working across a range of technologies and tools. - Identifies the right set of models and develops the right code / package to execute them. Understand underlying systems and sales motions, and work with Inside Sales, Marketing & Direct Sales to build scalable sales processes. - Develops analytics models using specialised tools based on the business problem and data available. Proactively identify areas of opportunity to increase efficiency in our revenues - Evaluates the validity of the model (both scientifically as well as from a business perspective). Partner with our sales & marketing leadership to deliver ad-hoc reporting and sales operations administration. Drive user story analysis, elaboration, and design - Identify actionable insights that directly address challenges / opportunities. Engage with internal and external customers/teams to improve products and business processes. - Identify specific prospects/partners to approach, communicate the specific value proposition for their business and use case, and establish long-term, successful partnerships - Articulate business insights and recommendations (based on model output) to respective stakeholders. Review and monitor performance and sales of our selling partners to manage their performance Skills Required : - Bachelors or Masters in a quantitative field (such as Engineering, Statistics, Math, Economics, or Computer Science with Modelling/Data Science), preferably with work experience of over 4 years. - Good experience in strategy, sales forecasting, management consulting, process improvement, process excellence - Deep understanding of direct consumer sales required. - Proven problem solving and debugging skills. - Familiar with database technologies and tools like SQL , data warehousing, transformation and processing. Work experience with real data for customer insights, business and market analysis will be advantageous. - Understand underlying systems and sales motions, and work with relevant stakeholders to build scalable sales processes - Excellent project management skills - Deep analytical experience
