Role Overview:
We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager to handle residential sales in North Bangalore.
You will be responsible for the complete sales cyclefrom handling company-provided leads to conducting site visits and closing the deal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Actively engage with qualified leads provided by the company and convert them into site visits.
- Site Visits: Conduct professional property tours, explaining the unique "5 Elements" design philosophy and project USPs to clients.
- Relationship Building: Build trust with customers and maintain strong networks with channel partners.
- Closing & Negotiation: Handle commercial negotiations skillfully to close deals and meet revenue targets.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate daily/weekly reports in the CRM.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with legal and accounts teams to ensure a smooth booking-to-handover experience.
Candidate Profile:
Mandatory Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales (Residential).
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Bangalore Real Estate market (Experience in North Bangalore/Yeswanthpur is a major plus).
- Skills: Excellent communication (English, Kannada & Hindi preferred), negotiation skills, and a target-driven mindset.
