The firm's activities are focused on providing wealth management, advisory on cross-border structures and transactions, advisory on business structuring, sourcing, and converting domestic as well as cross-border investment banking deals.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO/Founder on fundraising, investor relations, client engagement, business strategy, and day-to-day business operations. This role will act as a bridge between investors, leadership, clients, and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of key business initiatives and strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead fundraising activities and manage relationships with investors including HNIs, Family Offices and Institutional Investors.
- Prepare and present investor pitches, investment presentations, and proposals.
- Manage investor communications, organise roadshows, reporting, due diligence, and closures.
- Actively support new client acquisition and maintain strong client relationships.
- Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership on business strategy, new initiatives, market research, and business expansion opportunities.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors and ensure smooth business operations.
- Prepare business presentations, reports, meeting notes, and strategic documents.
- Track key business projects, fundraising pipeline, and strategic initiatives and provide updates to leadership.
- Act as a bridge between the CEO and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support implementation of new processes, systems, and business initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in equity fundraising (is must), investor relations, wealth management, consulting, or business strategy roles.
- Strong network with investors and business stakeholders preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business understanding and strategic thinking ability.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects, and business initiatives independently.
- High ownership, confidentiality, and leadership coordination skills.
