Working closely with generation next leaders, the firm has a niche set of offerings which are tailor-made to suit its client's needs and requirements. The firm's activities are focused on providing wealth management, advisory on cross-border structures and transactions, advisory on business structuring, sourcing, and converting domestic as well as cross-border investment banking deals.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a sharp, analytical, and business-oriented I Analyst who will play a key role in investment analysis, client insights, and strategic decision-making. This role combines financial analysis expertise with business analysis support, working closely with senior leadership, including the CEO, on strategic initiatives and new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, rankings, dashboards, and reports, while also contributing to high-level business planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Investment & Financial Analysis

- Analyze and evaluate AIFs, Mutual Funds, PMS, and Structured Products based on performance, risk, portfolio composition, and market trends.

- Prepare and maintain fund rankings, comparative analysis, and performance reports for internal and client use.

- Support product evaluation and selection through in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis.

- Track market movements, investment trends, and regulatory updates relevant to alternative and traditional investment products.

Client Reporting & Dashboard Management

- Develop and manage client dashboards providing clear, accurate, and insightful views of portfolio performance.

- Prepare client review reports, highlighting performance, strategy alignment, and actionable insights.

- Work closely with relationship teams to support client presentations and reviews.

- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all client-facing analytics and reports.

Business & Strategic Analysis

- Act as a business analyst supporting the CEO on Strategic initiatives, New business ideas and opportunities, Market entry and product expansion analysis

- Conduct research, feasibility studies, and data analysis for new initiatives.

- Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards to support leadership decision-making.

- Assist in tracking key business metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators.

Data Analysis & Reporting

- Use advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling, dashboards) to analyze large datasets.

- Convert raw data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.

- Support automation and process improvements in reporting and analysis workflows.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of AIFs, Mutual Funds, PMS, and Structured Products, Fund performance metrics and rankings

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory).

- Ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly.

- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Education: CA / CFA

- Prior experience in investment analysis, wealth management, asset management, or financial research is an added advantage.

- Exposure to client reporting or portfolio analytics will be preferred.
