Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-driven Analyst to support internal financial analysis, reporting, and portfolio data management. The role involves hands-on execution, number crunching, and maintaining accurate financial records across investment portfolios. This position is well-suited for a CA professional with a strong analytical mindset and a preference for structured, backend financial work.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update investment trackers across equities, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, fixed income, and alternative assets

- Perform financial analysis, calculations, and reconciliations across portfolios and bank accounts

- Prepare MIS reports, portfolio summaries, and periodic performance updates

- Track and record cash flows, capital deployments, redemptions, dividends, and interest income

- Assist in valuation updates and ensure timely and accurate reporting

- Support audit, compliance, and documentation requirements through data preparation and validation.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, custodians, banks, and brokers to ensure data accuracy

- Maintain high standards of data integrity, consistency, and timeliness across all financial reports

Candidate Profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory

- 1-2 years of relevant experience in family office, wealth management, investment firms, or financial reporting roles

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)

- Sound understanding of financial statements, investments, and cash flow analysis

- High attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets

- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently in a structured, process-oriented environment
