4D Global Medical Billing Services - Senior Vice President - Revenue Cycle Management

- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare services, Revenue Cycle Management, or BPO/outsourcing

- Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional teams across geographies

- Deep expertise in RCM operations, including billing, coding, AR, and denial management

- Proven track record of driving technology adoption, process transformation, and operational scalability

- Strong financial acumen: experience managing P&L, optimizing costs, and improving operational margins

- Familiarity with HIPAA, healthcare compliance frameworks, and audit readiness

- Experience working across India-US time zones and managing distributed teams

- Strong executive presence and communication skills - written and verbal

- Experience in an EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) environment is a plus

- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
