Role Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Products Analyst - Global Wealth Management to support multi-asset investment strategy, portfolio construction, product evaluation, and global market research initiatives. The role requires strong expertise in financial analysis, investment tracking, macro research, and portfolio reporting within a wealth management or asset management environment. The ideal candidate will contribute to optimizing portfolio performance, enhancing product competitiveness, and maintaining high standards of investment reporting and data integrity. Key Responsibilities Multi-Asset Strategy & Asset Allocation: - Develop, enhance, and continuously refine strategic and tactical asset allocation frameworks across equities, fixed income, commodities, alternatives, and multi-asset portfolios to achieve optimal diversification and superior risk-adjusted returns. - Conduct detailed scenario analysis, stress testing, and sensitivity modeling to evaluate portfolio resilience across different market cycles and economic conditions. - Support investment decision-making through data-backed allocation recommendations. Portfolio Construction: - Design, structure, and implement portfolios aligned with client objectives, risk tolerance, liquidity preferences, and regulatory requirements. - Assist in portfolio rebalancing and performance optimization strategies. - Monitor portfolio risk metrics, drawdowns, volatility, and performance attribution. Product Analysis: - Evaluate existing investment product offerings and identify opportunities for innovation across mutual funds, ETFs, structured products, PMS, AIFs, fixed income instruments, and alternative investments. - Benchmark product performance against peers and industry standards to ensure competitiveness, suitability, and compliance. - Conduct product due diligence and assist in product selection and monitoring frameworks. Macro & Market Research: - Produce high-quality thematic research on global macroeconomic trends, monetary policy developments, geopolitical events, and sectoral dynamics. - Translate macroeconomic insights into actionable asset allocation and portfolio strategy recommendations. - Track global market indicators and cross-asset correlations to support investment views. Investment Tracking & Financial Analysis: - Maintain and update comprehensive investment trackers across equities, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, fixed income, and alternative assets. - Perform financial analysis, calculations, and reconciliations across portfolios and bank accounts. - Track and record capital deployments, redemptions, dividends, interest income, and other cash flows. - Assist in valuation updates and ensure timely and accurate portfolio reporting. Reporting & MIS: - Prepare MIS reports, portfolio summaries, and periodic performance updates for internal stakeholders and clients. - Generate performance metrics including IRR, XIRR, CAGR, drawdown analysis, and risk-adjusted return measures. - Maintain high standards of data integrity, accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all financial reports and documentation. Candidate Profile: - 2 years of relevant experience in Global Wealth Management, Asset Management, PMS, AIF, Investment Advisory, or related domains. - Strong understanding of capital markets, asset classes, and portfolio construction principles. - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial modelling. - Familiarity with global investment products and multi-asset strategies. - Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - High attention to detail with structured reporting discipline. - Ability to interpret macroeconomic data and convert it into investment insights. Preferred Skills: - Experience handling multi-currency or global portfolios. - Exposure to performance attribution and risk analytics tools. - Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing investment products. - Professional certifications such as CFA (preferred).
