3SC - SOP Consultant

Job Description:

- To lead and manage the sales team, develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expand market share and ensure profitability in alignment with organizational goals.

- This role involves extensive market research, client relationship management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibility:

Business Analysis and Consulting:

- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and pain points in supply chain planning.

- Analyse existing supply chain processes and recommend process improvements and system solutions.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on best practices for supply chain planning.

Solution Design and Implementation:

- Configure and implement supply chain planning solutions (SAP IBP, Oracle SCP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, etc.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.

- Lead or support the testing, deployment, and validation of supply chain planning systems.

Project Management Support:

- Work with project managers to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and timelines.

- Provide status updates, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.

- Ensure proper documentation of functional requirements, process flows, and solution designs.

Training and Support:

- Develop and deliver training materials to end-users.

- Provide post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption and usage of the solution.

Stakeholder Communication:

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.

- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather requirements and provide updates.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.

- 8+ years' experience into the demand planning.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
