Responsibilities:
- Build and develop a high-performing SEO team by recruiting, hiring, and training skilled SEO specialists.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the SEO team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages growth and professional development.
- Develop effective and result-oriented SEO strategies tailored to each client's unique needs, goals, and target audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, web developers, and designers, to integrate SEO best practices into website structure, content creation, and link building efforts.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits to identify opportunities for optimization and content improvement.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of SEO strategies and ensure alignment with client goals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO, and proactively implement strategies to adapt to the evolving search landscape.
- Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team, encouraging the testing of new SEO strategies, tools, and techniques.
- Collaborate with the business development team to provide SEO insights, expertise, and recommendations during the pre-sales process to secure new clients.
- Prepare and present reports showcasing SEO team performance, key metrics, and actionable recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in SEO, with a track record of successfully leading SEO initiatives and achieving measurable results.
- Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.
- Experience with website analytics, tracking tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structures as they relate to SEO.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build, motivate, and mentor a team of SEO specialists.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate SEO strategies, results, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and implement processes, workflows, and best practices for SEO operations.
- Ability to develop effective and result-oriented SEO strategies that align with client goals and drive measurable outcomes
