We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to lead ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end ERP deployments, ensuring timely delivery, and driving customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full lifecycle implementation of D365 Business Central/Navision projects.

- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- Coordinate with technical teams for solution design, customization, and integration.

- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets; ensure adherence to scope and quality standards.

- Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for stakeholders.

- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and risk mitigation plans.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP project management with D365 Business Central functional expertise.

- Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations modules in Business Central.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.

- PMP or similar certification (preferred).

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Commerce, Computer Science, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
