- Seeking a Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Warehousing, Manufacturing, CRM, Jobs, and Service modules within Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Candidate should have solid understanding of functional objects, table structures, configurations, and customizations.
- Experience with end-to-end implementations including Production, UAT, Training, and Sandbox environments is required. Must possess working knowledge of integrations and implementation methodologies.
- Strong communication skills (English mandatory), high interpersonal capability, and client-facing presentation skills are essential. Functional certification preferred.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end business process flows and cross-functional dependencies.
- Ability to configure modules independently and translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Knowledge of master data structures, posting groups, dimensions, costing methods, and workflow configurations.
Technical & System Understanding:
- Strong knowledge of functional objects, table structures, pages, reports, and basic data model architecture.
- Working understanding of customizations, extensions, and change request handling.
- Familiarity with integrations (APIs, web services, third-party systems).
- Awareness of implementation methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
- Experience managing multiple environments: Production, UAT, Sandbox, Training.
- Exposure to data migration, testing cycles, and go-live support.
Implementation & Consulting Skills:
- Experience in requirement gathering workshops and solution documentation (FDD/BRD).
- Ability to support UAT, prepare test cases, and conduct user training.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capability.
- Experience handling client-facing roles and stakeholder coordination.
