- Seeking an experienced Lead Consultant to manage Finance & SCM workstreams across enterprise implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). The role involves leading requirement workshops, driving cross-module integration design, and owning end-to-end solution delivery.
- Key expertise required across GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, Tax, Budgeting, Consolidation, Cost Accounting, Cost Management, and Credit & Collections. Responsibilities include preparing FDDs, test cases, reviewing configurations, ensuring solution integrity, and governing UAT.
- Strong client-facing skills, stakeholder management, and experience mentoring L3 consultants are essential. Candidates should have 8+ years ERP experience with deep D365 F&O functional expertise and exposure to multi-entity implementations
Solution Governance & Documentation:
- Lead preparation and review of Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
- Oversee test strategy, test cases, and UAT governance.
- Validate configurations to ensure functional accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure audit readiness and adherence to implementation best practices.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the functional SPOC for client leadership.
- Manage escalations, solution discussions, and strategic alignment.
- Partner with technical teams for integrations and data migration strategy.
- Support pre-sales, solution demos, and effort estimations where required.
Team Leadership:
- Mentor and supervise L3 Consultants and functional teams.
- Review deliverables and ensure consulting quality standards.
- Drive knowledge development and capability building within the practice.
