Job Description: D365 CRM Functional Consultant
Experience: 4+ years
Mode of employment: Permanent
Summary : Functional consultant with MS CRM background, having worked on the MS CRM product extensively and done 1 - 4 end to end implementations. Worked on CRM 2011/ 2013/2015/2016 & CRM online version. Experience working with Latest versions is preferred.
- Day to Day Task and Responsibility: Understand project implementation Lifecycle.
Configuring Skills:
- CRM forms and fields, views, Sub grids, Relationships, Business Rules, Business Workflow.
- Solutioning of the Requirement.
- CRM Dashboard, Charts, and reports Development (excluding SSRS reports).
- Understanding of Security Model of CRM.
- Aware of mobility in MS CRM and access of MS CRM via Outlook and MS Teams
- Knowledge on Dynamics Power Portal configuration (preferred).
- Understanding integration framework
Design Skills:
- Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code.
- Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code.
- Estimation of tasks. (Pre-sales) (4Years + Experienced)
- Able to articulate and understand the pain points of customer.
- Able to create SOW/FRD and FSD documents and Fit gap analysis. (Pre-sales) + (Post sales)
- Able to stich a story line in pre-sales and demonstrating the articulation of the prospects need. (Pre-Sales)
- Knowledge of Licensing would be an added advantage. (Pre-sales)
- Setting up Product Catalogues and knowledge of Service Management with SLA.
- Understanding of Sales cycle: From Lead to Opportunity to Quote to Order to Invoice. (Pre-Sales) + (Post Sales)
Support Skills:
- Develop solutions, Resolve the issues where no code is involved.
- Provide functional support to existing CRM clients.
- Taking note of CR and managing the tickets
Behavioural Skills:
- Superior organizational, writing, interpersonal and communication skills, attention to details, ability to multi-task and meet deadline.
- Candidate should be willing to travel onsite / offshore for short term/long term.
- Should be customer facing with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Must have good communication skills.
