Job Title: Senior Vice President - Chief Growth Officer

Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a strategic sales leader to head the overall sales function, responsible for driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and delivering tailored IT solutions. The role will focus primarily on the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain, with aspirations to expand into other domains. The ideal candidate will have strong account management experience and a consultative approach to client engagement, preferably with a background in BFSI domain.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:Revenue Growth & Market Expansion:
- Drive overall revenue growth through new customer acquisition, account expansion, and retention strategies.
- Own and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for IT & ITES services and solutions across targeted industries.
- Accelerate market expansion through focused growth initiatives and strategic investments.
Customer-Centric & Solution-Led Growth:
- Champion a solution-oriented approach to address customer business challenges and pain points.
- Work closely with presales and solutions teams to design differentiated, value-driven offerings.
- Ensure strong customer success outcomes that translate into long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Strategy, Roadmap & Innovation:
- Develop and execute a long-term business growth roadmap aligned with the company's vision and strategic objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities, strategic alliances, partnerships, and potential M&A prospects.
- Foster an innovation-driven culture across sales, marketing, and presales functions to stay ahead of market trends.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Lead and align Sales, Marketing, Presales, and Solutions teams to drive unified growth objectives.
- Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration to accelerate revenue realization and market penetration.
- Act as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to strategic decision-making and business planning.
Key Skills & Competencies:- Proven leadership in revenue growth, GTM strategy, and enterprise sales
- Strong understanding of IT services, ITES, and solution-led selling models
- Expertise in customer acquisition, retention, and account expansion
- Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and CXO-level communication skills
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
- 18+ years of progressive experience in growth, sales, or business leadership roles
- Demonstrated success in scaling revenue and driving market expansion
