Role Overview:

We are seeking a Vice President - Trading who combines deep expertise in financial markets and trading technology with top- tier management and leadership skills. This is a high- visibility role where you will be directly responsible for driving the firm's trading performance, leading cross- functional initiatives, and mentoring a team of world- class professionals. The ideal candidate is both hands- on in trading/market systems and strategic in leadership, capable of scaling business opportunities in a fast- moving global market.

What You'll Do:

- Strategy & Execution : Design, develop, and optimize trading strategies and execution systems across global crypto markets.

- Leadership : Lead and grow a high- performing team of traders, engineers, and analysts, ensuring clear goals, ownership, and execution.

- Cross- Functional Impact : Work closely with technology, product, and risk management teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions.

- Market Intelligence : Stay ahead of evolving market structures, regulatory changes, and new asset classes to identify opportunities and risks.

- Mentorship & Culture : Guide team members in both technical and business problem- solving while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.

- Business Growth : Partner with senior leadership to expand trading products, venues, and geographies, ensuring sustainable long- term growth.

Who Are You:

Must Have:

- 5+ years of experience in financial markets at a bank, asset management firm, or Tier I HFT/trading firm.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or demonstrable software development- heavy background.

- Master's in Management (MBA or equivalent) from a Tier I institution (e.g., Top IIMs, ISB, or global equivalent).

- Deep understanding of market microstructure, trading workflows, and execution systems.

- Strong programming expertise in Python, C++, Rust, or equivalent high- performance languages.

- Proven record of building or optimizing trading strategies and driving measurable business impact.

- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and leadership skills, with the ability to operate in high- pressure, fast- paced environments.

- Exposure to crypto or digital assets markets.

- Prior experience leading large- scale trading or technology teams.

- Knowledge of global regulatory frameworks and risk management practices.
