About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Relationship Manager - HNI to manage and grow relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs). The role involves client acquisition, financial advisory, and delivering personalized investment solutions across asset classes through a hybrid (phygital) approach.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
- Understand client financial goals, risk profiles, and investment preferences to provide customized wealth management solutions.
- Offer advisory across investment products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Equities, and LAS.
- Facilitate digital onboarding and ensure clients are guided seamlessly through digital investment journeys.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement and responsive service.
- Deepen existing client relationships to increase wallet share and product penetration.
- Collaborate with internal research, product, and operations teams to deliver holistic wealth solutions.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory, compliance, and documentation standards.
- Track portfolio performance and provide periodic reviews and rebalancing recommendations.
- Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and financial regulations to offer relevant insights to clients.
Skillsets & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of wealth management and investment products (MF, PMS, AIF, Bonds, LAS, etc.).
- Proven ability in client acquisition, portfolio management, and relationship building.
- Excellent advisory and consultative selling skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and client-centric approach.
- Proficiency in digital wealth platforms and CRM tools.
- In-depth understanding of regulatory guidelines and compliance frameworks.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (CFP/CFA certification preferred).
