This is a key role for someone who understands reputation, influence, digital storytelling, and how to position a brand as aspirational, trustworthy, and unforgettable.
You will own and elevate the organizations brand presence across all digital touchpointssocial media, blogs, substack, podcast platforms, leader profiles/executive visibility, and strategic storytelling. Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Digital Leadership:
- Develop and own a holistic social digital brand strategy that strengthens organizational equity, trust, and visibility.
- Architect the brands voice across social platforms, web content, thought-leadership pieces, internal updates, and executive communications.
- Identify opportunities to elevate brand building through trends, strategic partnerships, influencer engagement, and digital storytelling.
Social Media Excellence:
- Lead the full social ecosystemLinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, Substack, and emerging channels.
- Create powerful, insight-led content that positions the brand as modern, credible, and ahead of the curve.
- Ensure high-quality, aesthetic, brand-consistent communication across all formatsvideos, reels, micro-content, podcasts, newsletters, blogs.
Reputation Building & Executive Visibility:
- Shape and amplify the digital presence of senior leaders and the brand both.
- Build strategic content that highlights thought leadership, culture, values, and business achievements.
- Enhance trust, transparency, and brand perception through purpose-driven content.
Content Intelligence, Analytics & Growth:
- Track performance, analyze audience behavior, and use data to refine strategy.
- Benchmark against global leaders across industries (luxury, tech, lifestyle, finance).
- Continuously innovate content formats to maximize reach, relevance, and engagement.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with Marketing, HR, Communications, Strategy and Business leaders.
- Partner with agencies, production teams, and creative partners to deliver world-class content.
- Ensure governance, quality, and consistency across every digital and social channel.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Strong writing and communication skills with a sharp sense of brand voice and aesthetics.
- Ability to translate complex business topics into compelling, humanized stories.
- Experience in managing agencies, creators, and cross-functional partners.
- Strong analytical capabilitiesfluent in metrics, insights, and data-driven storytelling.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 4 - 7 years of experience in digital brand, social media leadership, or digital communications.
- Proven track record of building or scaling social presence for a brand, leader, or organization.
- Deep knowledge of digital culture, trends, storytelling styles, and platform algorithms.
