360 ONE - Alternative Investments Product Strategist - Real Assets

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluating various Real Asset product offerings - from residential, commercial to infra funds and standalone assets + REITs/InvITs.

- Fund raise: Working closely with sales team to equip them with the right data to help support the fund raise.

- Stakeholder management: Cross functional collaboration with the product manufacturers, finance, -marketing, operations, compliance, service teams; all stakeholders that are associated through the lifecycle of a product.

- Reviews: Timely and regular reviews of products, creating summary notes to be shared with sales relationship managers and clients.

Skills & Attributes:

- Strong fundamental understanding of the real estate sector with past experience in wealth or AMC roles would be preferred.

- Strong communication skills - ability to pitch products to sales and clients.

- Proficiency in understanding the intricacies of financial models to draft sharp and crisp marketing collaterals.

Education & Experience: CA/MBA/CFA , 3-5 years' experience
