Job Description: Recruitment Head
Company Overview:
We are a 600+ employee, Salesforce Platinum Partner operating globally with a strong presence in the Staff Augmentation business for the Indian market. Our company is both service and product based, and hiring is a continuous, business-critical function. With aggressive growth targets, we focus on building strong internal teams and deploying high-quality resources (primarily Salesforce Developers, as well as Sales, Marketing, and Account Managers) on client projects across hybrid and onsite models.
We are looking for a dynamic, resilient, and result-driven Recruitment Head to lead our Talent Acquisition (TA) and Vendor Management teams. The role requires a proven leader who thrives under pressure, drives aggressive hiring targets, and instills strong discipline, performance culture, and accountability across the recruitment function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and scale the existing TA team (TA Leads, Sr./Jr. Recruiters) and the Vendor Management team (1 Sr. + 1 Jr.).
- Own and deliver high-volume, high-quality hiring for: Salesforce Developers (core focus).
- Sales, Marketing, Account Managers, and other support functions.
- Staff Augmentation roles (contractual hiring on our payroll, deployed on client projects).
- Drive aggressive hiring SLAs with clear accountability across the team.
- Build strong candidate pipelines and maintain relationships to ensure minimal offer dropouts and backouts.
- Manage and optimize vendor hiring performance; hold vendors accountable to quality and timelines.
- Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to understand demand forecasts and align hiring execution.
- Implement robust recruitment processes, dashboards, and data-driven tracking for daily/weekly/monthly performance.
- Identify gaps, coach team members, and ensure continuous improvement in sourcing, closing, and joining ratios.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in niche Salesforce and IT roles.
- Maintain strict compliance with internal policies and external regulations for recruitment.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 15+ years overall, with at least 5 years in a Recruitment Head / Senior TA Manager role in a fast-scaling IT services company.
- Domain: Strong exposure to IT hiring, specifically Salesforce / niche technology hiring and Staff Augmentation / Contractual Hiring.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead large TA teams and vendor management under pressure with high accountability.
- Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing aggressive hiring targets consistently in a competitive market.
- Mindset: Highly process-driven, target-oriented, and resilient. Must be comfortable with high-pressure, performance-driven culture.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation skills (with candidates and vendors).
- Data-driven decision-making with advanced reporting and analytics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Work Mode: Open to onsite/hybrid hiring needs and capable of managing multi-location requirement
