We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project & Delivery Manager - Technology to lead our software delivery and technical initiatives from our Mohali office.

This hybrid role blends hands-on technical project management, delivery oversight, and team leadership across diverse platforms such as .

NET, PHP, React, Angular, and mobile development.

The ideal candidate is technically strong, client-focused, and experienced in managing cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology & Architecture Oversight:

- Guide architecture and technical strategy across web, mobile, and cloud-based platforms (. NET, PHP, React, etc.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in code quality, security, and scalable design.

- Participate in system design discussions, technical reviews, and solution evaluations.

Project & Delivery Management:

- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables aligned with business goals.

- Manage end-to-end software project delivery using Agile, Scrum, and SDLC frameworks.

- Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, budget adherence, and post-launch quality metrics.

- Use tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Git for planning and execution.

Team & Resource Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, QAs, DevOps, and project managers.

- Conduct performance evaluations, talent development sessions, and technical upskilling.

- Coordinate with HR for resource planning, recruitment, and team expansion needs.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations.

- Conduct regular client reviews, provide technical consulting, and resolve escalations.

- Convert business requirements into technical roadmaps and actionable tasks.

Digital Product & Innovation Enablement:

- Drive product delivery for digital platforms (eCommerce, Events, Media, SaaS).

- Translate product vision into milestones, architecture blueprints, and MVPs.

- Foster innovation by proposing modern tech solutions and continuous improvement practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.

- 10-18 years of experience in IT project/delivery management, including technical roles.

- Proven track record in managing complex web/app projects and enterprise solutions.

- Strong expertise in .NET technologies with working knowledge of PHP, React, Angular.

- Experience with mobile app development (iOS & Android) and RESTful APIs.

- Proficiency in cloud services (preferably AWS) and relational databases (MSSQL, MySQL).

- Certified in PMP, CSM, Prince2, or equivalent project management frameworks.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building capabilities.
