Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced leader to drive the Digital Marketing vertical and manage all aspects of the digital marketing department.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end digital marketing functions, including strategy, execution, analytics, and team management, ensuring all marketing efforts are data-driven and aligned with growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Functional Leadership:
- Develop and implement the digital marketing roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Drive integrated campaigns across performance marketing, branding, SEO, social media, and CRM.
- Build a data-centric marketing culture, ensuring all actions are measurable and ROI-focused.
Team Leadership:
- Lead a growing team of digital marketers across various domains: paid media, SEO, content, CRM, analytics, and design.
- Set KPIs, ensure performance reviews, and guide team members in execution excellence.
Complete Ownership of Digital Sub-functions:
- Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, etc.
- SEO & Content Strategy: Define organic growth strategies and oversee high-quality, SEO-optimized content production.
- Social media: Oversee organic and paid social content strategies, engagement, and community building.
- Email Marketing & CRM: Execute lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and automation for lead nurturing and retention.
- Web & CRO: Lead website strategy including UX/UI improvements, landing page optimization, and A/B testing.
- Marketing Automation & Analytics: Implement tools and dashboards (e.g, GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot) for campaign tracking and insights.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with GM - Business Growth, product, design, sales, and technology teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- Align with the larger business vision from the GCC region and adapt regional strategies to the India context.
Innovation & Trendspotting:
- Stay on top of digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Test and introduce new channels, tools, and growth hacks that can improve customer acquisition and retention.
Requirements:
- Experience: 8-12 years in digital marketing with at least 3+ years in a managerial/leadership capacity.
- Domain Exposure: Prior experience in B2C/B2B tech, digital products, e-commerce, SaaS, or marketing agencies is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's in marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
Technical Proficiency:
- Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Data Studio, HubSpot/CRM tools.
- SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), CMS (WordPress), and campaign automation tools.
- Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, leadership, cross-functional coordination, excellent communication, and execution focus.
