Role Overview:

As a Senior Human Resource Associate, you will serve as a pivotal link between the organizational leadership and the workforce, ensuring that human capital strategies align with the companys broader business objectives. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management and organizational development. Working closely with department heads and executive leadership, you will foster a high-performance culture, streamline HR processes, and ensure full compliance with Qatar Labor Law. Your work will directly influence employee retention, operational efficiency, and the overall professional environment within our Doha headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for mid-to-senior level roles, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent that fits the company culture and operational needs.

- Manage complex employee relations issues, providing guidance to management on conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures to maintain a productive work environment.

- Oversee the implementation of performance management systems, facilitating regular appraisals to drive accountability and professional growth across all departments.

- Ensure strict adherence to Qatar Labor Law and internal company policies, managing all documentation related to visas, work permits, and labor contracts to mitigate legal risks.

- Analyze HR metrics and turnover data to provide actionable insights to leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making regarding workforce planning and compensation structures.

- Coordinate internal training and development initiatives to bridge skill gaps and prepare the workforce for evolving business requirements.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, payroll administration, and performance management within the GCC region.

- Proven ability to interpret and apply local labor regulations and employment laws to ensure organizational compliance.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal communication, essential for drafting policies, conducting interviews, and managing sensitive employee communications.

- A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, supplemented by 5-10 years of progressive experience in a professional corporate environment.

- High level of adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Doha, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
