
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead who brings both an Individual contributor (IC) mindset. The ideal candidate will drive outbound sales, generate qualified leads, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and ensure revenue targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Drive outbound prospecting strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads across target industries.
- End-to-End Sales: Manage the full sales cycle-from prospecting to closure-ensuring smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in alignment with company goals.
- IC & Team Leadership: Operate as a high-performing IC while mentoring and guiding a small sales execution team.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existingclients, driving repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement plans to drive revenue growth, ensure individual and team targets are achieved.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Strong background in outbound sales and lead generation.
- Demonstrated success in managing the entire sales cycle and consistently achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A hunter mindset with the ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
- Self-driven with an IC approach to ownership and accountability.
- Strong networking skills and ability to leverage existing business connections.
- Experience working with CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach).
