We are on the lookout for a passionate, strategic, and high-energy Senior Manager/Director who can own the Solutioning, Research, Pre-Sales, and Sales Enablement charter. This role will be a core pillar of our sales organization - crafting compelling solutions, enabling GTM teams, supporting sales pursuits, and staying ahead of market trends.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Lead solution design and storytelling for strategic pursuits by closely collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams.

- Own end-to-end Solutioning on the RFX response process - from understanding requirements to crafting winning responses.

- Develop tailored pitch decks, solution blueprints, and client presentations to support the sales lifecycle.

- Conduct competitive research and market intelligence to provide sales teams with actionable insights and positioning strategies.

- Continuously build and maintain a repository of reusable pre-sales assets, case studies, solution slides, and FAQs.

- Design and execute enablement plans for sales teams - including onboarding, product updates, sales playbooks, and battle cards.

- Evangelize [24]7.ai's capabilities and thought leadership across verticals through impactful use cases and case studies.

- Engage directly with prospects and customers in discovery, solutioning, and proposal presentation stages.

- Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Delivery teams to stay aligned on latest offerings, roadmap, and innovations.

- Drive continuous improvement in pre-sales processes, proposal quality, win-rates, and sales team readiness.

Qualifications Required:

- 15+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutioning, consulting, or sales enablement roles in the CX/BPO/Tech Services/SaaS space.

- A proven track record of driving solution design, proposals, and client presentations that win deals.

- Strong understanding of customer engagement solutions, including AI, automation, contact center platforms, and digital CX.

- Expertise in proposal writing, structuring, and client storytelling.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - with the ability to interact with CXOs.

- Ability to simplify complex ideas into client-friendly formats and narratives.

- Exposure to CRM and proposal automation tools like Salesforce, etc., is a plus.

- Analytical thinker with strong research skills and an eye for detail.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and work collaboratively with global cross-functional teams.

- Willingness to work in US time zone hours to align with North America sales teams.
