W Health has set up Indias first healthcare focused Venture Studio called 2070 Health - an innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies from scratch by discovering disruptive opportunities in whitespaces. Distinct from the accelerator approach, our venture studio is closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new business. Companies incubated in the last 15 months include Elevate Now, Nivaan Care, Reveal Healthtech and BabyMD.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-potential Program Manager to join our dynamic Go to Market and Product teams. This role would be ideal for smart, ambitious professionals with 3-4 years of experience in IT, Software or Product roles who are looking to gain broad exposure to strategic program and project management before pursuing a business degree or other career options. Hands-on experience with marketing technology implementations - including websites, landing pages, CRMs, and related tools - is essential for this role

Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and manage detailed trackers and dashboards for KPIs across multiple projects and programs.

- Build a deep understanding of functional areas, stakeholder priorities, and deliverables across the organization.

- Organize and participate in regular meetings, stand-ups, and project reviews, driving cadence and accountability.

- Ensure rigorous tracking and follow-up on action items for all ongoing projects and programs.

- Deconstruct project tasks, map dependencies, and analyse how these impact timelines and outcomes.

- Proactively identify blockers and escalate issues, demonstrating a strong bias for action and resolution.

- Anticipate and plan for dependencies and risks across complex, interconnected programs.

- Conduct root cause analyses (RCAs) and support post-project activities such as documentation and post-mortems.

- Tabulate, organize, and present program updates to CXOs and leadership, tailoring communication to various levels of detail (on-demand, daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly).

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years experience in Project or Program Management roles, preferably in IT, software, product, or related sectors.

- Undergraduate degree (B.Tech or equivalent), with strong analytical and communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and facilitating stakeholder engagement.

- Strong organizational skills and proven track record of end-to-end project delivery.

- Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail and a high sense of ownership.
