About Bharat Medicare:
Bharat Medicare is a rapidly growing healthcare services platform providing services across three distinct platforms:
- Occupational Health: We provide health care services at corporate clients sites including manufacturing sites, warehouses, offices and educational centers.
We serve nearly 70 clients across 200 medical clinic locations and provide preventative primary care services for the employees of our clients.
- Unique Minds: We have 10 integrated clinics providing services for children with neuro developmental needs to enhance their development trajectory.
We serve a little over 200 patients at our current centers.
- Patient Support: Bharat Medicare provides point of care services such as bone mass density testing, haemoglobin tests, respiratory disease tests and others to domestic manufacturers including MacLeods, Cipla, and Apex Pharma.
About The Role:
We are seeking a highly strategic and entrepreneurial investment professional to drive the investment strategy, growth initiatives, and value creation for Bharat Medicare.
This role sits at the intersection of investment, strategy, and business development, requiring both financial acumen and operational mindset.
You will work closely with Bio-nAbler leadership and the Bharat Medicare founding team to scale the company into a leading pan-India healthcare platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue, market share, and profitability.
- Define pricing and new service line monetization models and optimize the sales engine.
- Set and track commercial KPIs: revenue, margins, customer acquisition cost, LTV, conversion rates.
Market Expansion & GTM Execution:
- Design the national expansion roadmap (city selection, rollout models, partnerships).
- Launch new markets through a structured GTM playbook.
