Position Summary:

- You will work closely with various business units and portfolio companies to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights that will guide strategic decision-making.

- Your analytical prowess will help streamline operations and support the company's objective of creating scalable healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Map existing processes and recommend improvements.

- Translate business needs into technical requirements for development or implementation teams.

- Analyze operational and customer data to generate actionable insights.

- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support strategy decisions.

- Support UAT, testing, and project implementation as needed.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Sales, Marketing, Operations).

Key Skills:

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau).

- Basic understanding of SQL or data querying is a plus.

- Strong documentation and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of relevant work experience as a Business Analyst in a high-growth or startup environment.

- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, especially Excel and SQL.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information.

- Experience with CRM tools, data management, and reporting platforms.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Experience in healthcare or technology sectors is a plus.
