Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies for multiple companies within the 2070Health studio.

- Utilize data analytics to measure and optimize product performance; conduct A/B testing and experiments.

- Implement effective user acquisition and retention campaigns across various channels.

- Communicate growth goals, strategies, and outcomes to stakeholders; present data-driven insights to leadership.

- Work closely with leaders and founders, providing strong communication and pushback when necessary.

- Identify and prioritize new features to drive growth; collaborate with product development teams.

- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product innovation.

- Work closely with engineers and ability to coordinate and manage multiple Technology Initiatives

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on growth in a tech or Healthtech environment.

- Proven track record of driving user acquisition and retention through data-driven strategies.

- Demonstrated success in taking a startup from 0 to 1 and beyond, achieving significant growth metrics, and scaling the product beyond initial traction.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively push back when needed and work closely with leaders and founders.

- MBA from a top college is a bonus.

- Healthcare/healthtech is a bonus.
