We're looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to architect, execute, and scale our digital growth strategy through analytics & consumer insights. This is a full time work from office role Location: HSR, Bangalore Reports to: Head of Growth Key Responsibilities: - Data-Driven Growth - Define and drive the entire digital marketing strategy - performance marketing & SEO. Build and manage attribution models, A/B testing, and campaign optimizations for maximum ROI - Channels - Advertise / Direct Agencies on various digital platforms - primarily develop an in-depth understanding of Meta & Google and explore other channels like Linkedin, Youtube etc - Insights - Talk to consumers / Listen to consumer calls to generate consumer insights & ensure high-quality leads.
