About the role:
- Part of the Business Development team for 1Lattice Academy- Corporate Training and Upskilling Vertical
- Reaching out to Corporates (HRs and LnD team) and get Training mandates from them
- Make presentations or pitches outlining our key offerings pertinent to client requirements-
- Understand their LnD requirements, use a consultative approach and suggest them our offerings, if required come out with bespoke solutions
- Once Corporate gives the mandate, coordinate with the Client servicing team to ensure timely and effective delivery to ensure repeat business in future
- Continuously work to enhance coverage as well as depth of clients by nurturing multi-level connects with decision makers, influencers, and exec sponsors within the customer and partner organizations
- Develop plans and strategies to build a healthy sales pipeline and achieve the company's sales goals
Competencies and skills:
- Strong B2B sales orientation with at least 2 years of B2B sales experience in Training industry
- Have experience in Conceptual selling
- Strong ability to research, analyze and communicate key commercial value drivers
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to understand client's needs and develop trusted relationships
- Quick presence of mind to create sales opportunities
- Proficiency in PowerPoint is a must and a working understanding of Microsoft Excel is desirable
- Strong levels of ownership and should demonstrate pride in the output
- Must be a value-driven individual with a high degree of integrity
