Location: Gurugram
We are looking for a Manager - Expert Network to lead team operations, strengthen client relationships, and drive account growth through high-quality service delivery and strategic account mining.
What you'll do:
- Lead and develop a team responsible for expert sourcing and call execution.
- Ensure timely, seamless delivery of expert calls in line with client requirements.
- Manage key client accounts and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and account expansion.
- Expand the expert network across industries to meet evolving client needs.
- Track performance metrics, improve operational efficiency and maintain high service standards.
What we're looking for:
- 3 - 6 years of experience in team management, expert network operations, research, consulting or related fields.
- Strong client relationship management and account growth capabilities.
- Proven leadership, analytical thinking and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with Private Equity, consulting or corporate clients is an advantage
