HRBP key Responsibilities: - Partner with the functional head in framing and driving people agenda - Understand the people agenda for the organization for that year and align it to the functional needs and plan - Partner with HR COEs of Performance, Engagement and Talent Acquisition to drive functional people agenda - Partner with the business to lead annual review processes which focuses on performance management and talent development - Execute HR processes of performance, learning and engagement as per the yearly calendar - Drive engagement agenda for the function, including regular connects with the employees - Build collaborative relations with the internal stakeholders to help drive results around people agenda - Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests - Provide guidance on all organization policies and processes - Resolve employee escalations effectively within the policy framework - Maintain data for all touchpoints and build insights/analysis to recommend improvements in retention, engagement for the function - Engaging with the leadership team and managing stakeholder expectations; Proactive HR sensing and addressing employee grievances/concerns etc. - Lead and manage C&B process as per business requirement and aligning with the corporate C&B guidelines - Benchmarking business compensation and payout structure - Participate with the domains in enabling a transparent and open communication environment. - Support the leadership team in driving the desired culture and ensuring that the values of the organization are upheld at all times Educational & Experience : - MBA HR with good academic credentials - 5+ years of work experience in HR (Preferably in Business HR role) Key Personal Attributes : - A focused driver with a structured process approach and ability to deliver outcomes - Passionate about people development, strong communicator, highly energetic with ability to influence & persuade others - Excellent interpersonal skills High level of proficiency in networking & connecting internally and externally - Excellent team building skills and orientation for developing high quality talent within the organization
