Role Overview:

- 1DigitalStack is looking for a seasoned and hands-on Senior Finance Manager to lead end-to-end finance operations, accounting, compliance, and financial control for the organization.

- This role will act as the single point of ownership for financial governance, reporting, audit management, and statutory compliance while partnering closely with leadership on budgeting, performance tracking, and business planning.

Core Responsibilities:

Position Overview:

- We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager Finance to oversee taxation, financial close, compliance, payroll, and international accounting functions.

- This role requires strong expertise in Indian taxation, RBI compliance, transfer pricing, and consolidation, along with the ability to manage global reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

India Taxation & Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations.

- Oversee GST, TDS, corporate tax filings, and statutory audits.

- Liaise with tax authorities and external consultants.

Financial Close & Reporting:

- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.

- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with Indian GAAP and IFRS.

- Lead consolidation of group entities and ensure accuracy in reporting.

Payroll & Employee Compliance:

- Supervise payroll processing and statutory employee benefits (PF, ESIC, gratuity).

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employee tax obligations.

International Accounting & Consolidation:

- Oversee global reporting requirements and intercompany reconciliations.

- Ensure compliance with international accounting standards.

- Support cross-border transactions and consolidation of financials.

Transfer Pricing:

- Develop and maintain transfer pricing documentation.

- Ensure compliance with OECD guidelines and Indian TP regulations.

- Coordinate with auditors and tax advisors on TP assessments.

Audit & Statutory Compliance:

- Develop and maintain transfer pricing documentation.

- Lead statutory audits, internal audits, and ensure timely closure with management reporting.

- Serve as the Single Point of Contact for auditors, banking partners, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders.

Banking & RBI Compliance:

- Manage banking relationships and treasury operations.

- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations for foreign exchange and cross-border transactions.

- Oversee filings related to FDI, ECB, and other RBI requirements.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or equivalent professional qualification. 8+ years of experience in finance, taxation, and compliance, with exposure to international accounting.

- Strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws, RBI regulations, and GAAP/IFRS.

- Experience in managing payroll and employee compliance.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
