We are hiring a Project Leader to lead the end-to-end E-commerce Performance Marketing mandate for a large CPG brand across all its brands and platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, and more.

This is a full-funnel leadership role with ownership of performance strategy, execution, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.

You will manage a high-performing team of 1012 specialists across campaign managers, data analysts, and performance analysts.

You will also be the key point of contact for the brands internal stakeholders and brand teams, ensuring alignment of business objectives with performance outcomes.

Youll work closely with our in-house automation and AI tools to drive campaign efficiency, leverage marketplace insights, and continuously improve ROI.

(Ideal for ex D2C founders).


Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive the complete performance marketing mandate for the client across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Quick Commerce).

- Lead a team of 1012, including campaign managers, analysts, and data specialists.

- Build and execute full-funnel media strategies from awareness to conversion.

- Translate category and platform-level insights into actionable media strategies.

- Leverage internal automation tools for campaign execution including keyword harvesting, bid management, and reporting.

- Own stakeholder relationships across the clients e-commerce, brand, and media teams.

- Drive weekly business reviews, media plans, and performance diagnostics with client stakeholders.

- Ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration with internal tech, data science, and client success teams.


Qualifications

- 510 years of overall experience with strong understanding of ecommerce and marketplace

norms.

- Any experience in e-commerce performance marketing, especially on Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart) is a strong bonus.

- Proven expertise in managing large-scale campaigns and delivering business outcomes.


- Experience leading performance marketing teams and managing client relationships.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, category dynamics, and platform algorithms.

- Comfortable with tools for keyword research, bid automation, and campaign analytics.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
