Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site role for Manager CPAS Ads (Google, Meta ads for Ecommerce), based in Gurugram.
- The manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance campaigns on Google and Meta platforms for ecommerce brands

- Day-to-day tasks include managing budgets, overseeing campaign strategies, analyzing performance data, producing detailed reports, and implementing data-driven decisions to maximize ad effectiveness.

- Additional responsibilities include collaborating with design, analytics, and strategy teams to align advertising efforts with broader business objectives, as well as maintaining a deep understanding of trends in digital advertising and ecommerce operations

Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing Google, Meta, AND/ OR E-commerce performance marketing (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit etc).

- Experience in executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns.

- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for performance improvement.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
